So far today has been great! My kid (baby goat) is so sweet! I got to ride a horse named Patches, who was really sweet, but she was a bit headstrong. First we had to groom her using a curry comb and a bristle brush. We then did our chores with our teams, and my team mate is named Evan. Evan, Jonie and I did pasture work, which means we go pick up rocks in the pasture so the horses wont trip on them. Even though it was hot in the pasture, it was fun to be with them. I just finished lunch and I can't wait to milk my goat, Skittles. later we will make soap and ice cream. There are many fun things to do at break time, like zip lining and swings and the snack shack. I love to visit all the animals and there are three baby bunnies for sale and I hope mom and dad will let me get one. My favorite part of today has been the horseback riding, because Patches is a very sweet horse.
